A public instrument for coordination, not for collection

The institute keeps two faces of one system. Digitalis Nomadica is the atlas: language, charter, plate, and correspondence. Decentralis Repositorium is the ledger: nodes, records, bounties, and flows.

Instrument I

Digitalis Nomadica

The public coordination infrastructure. It speaks in principles, plates, and plain duties. It is non-profit. It does not track a reader. A notification list stays on the device that asked for it.

  • Planetary coordination — geography as a shared structure, not a private feed.
  • Human sovereignty — identity is not an export of the mesh.
  • Verifiable impact — a number without a path is not a result.
  • Open collaboration — institutions, communities, and persons at one table.

Instrument II

Decentralis Repositorium

The operational ledger. Verified nodes and gateway nodes carry domains — atlas, charter, provenance, stewardship — not covert collection disciplines. You can turn the sphere, open a node, file a record, watch a bounty, and attach a dissent.

What we publish

The macro-state M = Π(Σ): paths, stamps, and issues. The hidden difference I(Σ) − I(M) is not collected.

What we refuse

Tracking. A weapons program. A claim that an open problem is settled. A model that rewrites policy with no person to answer for it. Interpolation across an empty map.
